Must work EST hours

Looking for a Data Scientist to help support our client's internal merchandising applications. They will be building training models that will help merchants make decisions to increase revenue. This person should have experience and the ability to explain how they have been able to contribute to a companies revenue growth. If the below sounds like you, please apply!

Must Have Skills:

• Must be proficient with Python scripting
• Experience using Spark as a distributed computing platform
• Experience working with Snowflake or Snowpark is preferred
• Must have experience training models that are used to contribute to revenue growth
• Experience taking complex data science concepts and translating them into something stakeholders can understand

Responsibilities:

• This Data Scientist will be working on internal merchandising applications.
• They will be building training models that will help merchants make decisions to increase revenue.
• Will be building exploration and training models that they can plug into software solutions to embed into workflows which will build out models for merchants
• Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models to optimize product assortments, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using Python, Spark, Snowflake, and Snowpark to uncover insights and drive actionable recommendations.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
