Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to drive end-to-end design strategy and execution for complex digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems, with the ability to translate business requirements and customer insights into intuitive digital experiences.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, independent decision-making, and the ability to influence product and design direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design for complex digital products and customer-facing experiences.
• Design seamless user experiences across mobile applications, websites, kiosks, loyalty platforms, and digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements, business goals, and technical constraints to develop effective design solutions.
• Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Use Figma to develop interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct design validation through usability testing, customer feedback, and product analytics.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent design patterns.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across different digital platforms.
• Lead design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to communicate design decisions.
• Partner with developers during implementation and perform design QA to ensure accurate execution.
• Provide mentorship and design guidance to other team members.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex product design initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and visual design.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant technology, retail, e-commerce, digital loyalty, marketplaces, or consumer-facing products.
• Experience designing integrated digital experiences across multiple customer touchpoints.
• Understanding of customer engagement and digital commerce platforms.

Role Requirements

• Senior-level Individual Contributor position.
• Must be hands-on with design execution and strategic problem-solving.
• Expected to own design initiatives independently and influence product decisions.
• Should be comfortable mentoring designers without formal people-management responsibilities.
• Candidates focused exclusively on visual design, production design, or web development are not suitable for this position.
