Our comprehensive platform leverages automation, workspace templates, and intelligent recommendations to drive workspace standardization, governance, reporting, archiving, and guest management. We empower organizations to streamline their processes and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Role Overview:
Transform Complexity into Elegant, Intuitive Experiences
At Orchestry, we simplify the complexity of Microsoft 365, designing intuitive solutions that empower users and drive meaningful business outcomes. We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who excels in crafting polished, high-fidelity designs that not only look beautiful but also enhance usability and accessibility across our platform.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented visual designer with a strong foundation in UX principles—someone who understands that exceptional design is more than aesthetics; it’s about creating seamless, engaging experiences that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
You will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from ideation through implementation—owning the visual language, interaction design, and UI components that define our product’s user experience.
If you’re passionate about delivering pixel-perfect, production-ready designs and have a strong track record in SaaS UI design, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Will Do:
- Own the UI and visual design strategy—defining and refining Orchestry’s design language to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability.
- Deliver high-fidelity designs—create pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI components that enhance user experience across web and mobile.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system—establish reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to streamline development and maintain design consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally—align with product, engineering, and stakeholders to balance business objectives with user needs.
- Ensure seamless developer handoff—collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are accurately implemented with fidelity and performance in mind.
- Enhance user experience through interaction design—craft intuitive, engaging, and efficient user interactions that drive adoption and retention.
- Leverage data-driven design—integrate user research, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously refine and improve UI/UX.
- Champion accessibility best practices—ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines and build inclusive experiences that work for all users.
What We Are Looking For:
- An expert in UI design—you have a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and micro-interactions that enhance usability.
- A pixel-perfect perfectionist—you sweat the details to ensure the highest level of polish and consistency across designs.
- A systems thinker—you build scalable UI components and design patterns that work across complex SaaS environments.
- A collaboration-first mindset—you work seamlessly with a strong existing team of design-oriented thinkers (engineers, product managers, c-suite)
- A user-centered approach—you advocate for the user in every decision, leveraging research and data to inform your designs.
- A strong communicator—you can clearly articulate design rationale and confidently present to stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver—you anticipate design challenges and find elegant, scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional high-fidelity UI design and interactive experiences.
- Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tools.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in responsive and adaptive design across web and mobile.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG compliance).
- A solid understanding of front-end development principles (no coding required, but familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts is a plus).
- Experience leveraging user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine UI decisions.
What We Offer:
- Be part of a team revolutionizing Microsoft 365 adoption and governance for organizations worldwide.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare.
- Employee Stock Option Plan.
- Enjoy opportunities for personal and professional development in a rapidly growing company.
- Remote-only work options and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
