The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead our North American regional marketing initiatives and drive growth through innovative, localized campaigns and programs. In this strategic role, you will leverage market insights and campaign performance data to help inform and shape go-to-market (GTM) decisions, ensuring our regional strategies are aligned with both local market needs and global objectives.

This role is responsible for planning and executing field marketing strategies, managing regional events, and building strong relationships with partners to accelerate growth in the market. You will collaborate closely with global marketing, BDRs, and sales teams, sharing best practices and aligning on key priorities to ensure pipeline creation and progression targets are met in the North American region.

This is a great opportunity for a marketer who thrives on owning field execution while contributing to broader GTM strategy. You will lead programs from planning through reporting and play a key role in driving measurable impact.

This role is based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast or in the Boston area. If based in Boston, the role is fully remote with occasional travel for key events or team collaboration.

What You Will Do

Regional Campaign and Event Execution

  • Plan and manage in-person and digital field programs, including regional events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and roadshows
  • Work closely with Sales and BDRs to deliver programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement
  • Own pre-event promotion, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Contribute to ABM programs focused on high-value accounts, including execution of localized campaigns and engagement tactics
  • Partner with the global marketing team to adapt content and messaging for specific verticals or geographies

Reporting and Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance using Salesforce, marketing automation and ABM platforms
  • Provide actionable insights to inform ongoing program refinement and budget allocation

Global Collaboration and Growth

  • Share field insights, content feedback, and regional results with the broader marketing organization
  • Contribute to planning sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to improve cross-regional effectiveness

What You Will Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong background in campaign execution and event strategy with measurable impact on pipeline
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams on shared goals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g. Pardot), and ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • A data-informed mindset and desire to continuously improve results
  • Willingness to travel for events or regional programs as needed
