Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI

A well-funded ($25M Series A), fast-moving agentic AI startup is reimagining the healthcare experience through AI-powered agents that enhance care, reduce errors, and eliminate administrative overhead.

We’re building at the intersection of Agentic AI + healthcare ops, and looking for full-stack engineers who can ship fast, own product surfaces end-to-end, and work directly with founding leadership (ex-Google, NASA, IPOs, and exits).

You’ll:

• Design and build core systems from scratch - APIs, interfaces, AI integrations
• Work with agentic AI stacks (prompting, evals, fine-tuning, open-source + proprietary models)
• Collaborate with a small, senior engineering team solving complex, real-world problems

Ideal background:

• Strong React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python experience
• Experience working with LLMs and agent-based AI systems in production
• Prior startup or fast-paced product team experience
• Comfortable going deep in both product logic and AI/infra layers
