The product is designed to solve the growing challenge of fragmented information and over-reliance on static tools by reimagining how people collect, access, and interact with knowledge across contexts.

They are now looking for a Founding Product Designer to join our early team and shape how users experience this next-generation platform across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and other surfaces. You'll play a critical role in translating breakthrough AI capabilities into thoughtful, intuitive product experiences from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Lead product design across all surfaces Web, Desktop, Chrome Extension, and context-aware environments
• Collaborate with founders to define vision, priorities, and north-star UX strategies
• Translate advanced AI features into usable, delightful interactions
• Conduct and synthesize user research to identify opportunities and validate ideas
• Drive end-to-end design: ideation, wireframes, prototyping, implementation
• Establish and scale a consistent design system across the product
• Run user validation sessions with current and potential users
• Collaborate on visual identity, product storytelling, and marketing touchpoints
• Balance speed with quality—shaping concepts that are functional, polished, and exploratory

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience designing successful digital products across platforms
• A portfolio that shows a balance of beautiful design and real-world impact
• Confidence operating independently, with clear communication and strong rationale behind your design decisions
• Mastery of Figma and design systems, with experience prototyping interactions
• Experience designing for and collaborating with engineers to ship polished products
• Deep curiosity about user needs, with strong research and synthesis skills
• A systems-thinking mindset and a sharp eye for detail
• Comfort designing across varied platforms and understanding implementation constraints

Bonus if you also have:

• Experience designing and shipping 0 → 1 products in small, fast-moving teams
• Familiarity with knowledge management or productivity tools
• A working knowledge of AI/ML or tools built on intelligent systems
• Ability to code or prototype beyond Figma using modern tools
• Interest in mentoring and shaping a future design team
