Job Description
Our customer is hiring a senior Oracle HCM Fusion integration engineer who has managed and built Oracle HCM Fusion integrations and played an active role in data management and conversion support. The consultant must be very familiar with the integrations involving the Benefits module of Oracle HCM (there are approximately 15 integrations as part of the implementation). Also, a critical and required part of the job is coordinating meetings between all stakeholders to ensure proper timeliness of integration build, test, and go-live. Prior experience supporting data conversion discussions between the implementation partner and customers is also a critical part of this role.
The consultant must have the confidence to work independently and have one-on-one discussions with other integration analysts from 3rd party vendors (i.e. healthcare and insurance companies) and gather specs by himself.
The implementation partner or SI will be doing the bulk of development, but the need is for this person to work with them to provide clarifications and make sure that their development products meet the requirements.
Required Skills & Experience include:
• Outbound integrations from Oracle to vendors/carriers (e.g. eligibility for Cigna, Kaiser, 401k plans) etc.
o - this includes eligibility files (but not limited to) 834; several may be custom feeds
• Must be comfortable talking to integration analysts from various vendors (critical skill)
• Must be comfortable acting as a liaison between the SI and vendors to complete and test integrations (critical skill)
o The implementation partner will be doing the bulk of development, but the need is for someone to work with them to provide clarifications and make sure that their development products meet requirements

Other Skills & Job Duties:
- must have logical SQL experience (expert) to write and edit reports
- must be able to sit through data calls
- needs to be able to support UAT and data conversion and answer tickets from the customer's regions that are live on Oracle HCM
- must be able to create and support spreadsheet HDLs (loaders) and know how to maintain custom roles and workflows.
This project will likely conclude at the end of 2025 but could last until February of 2026. It is highly unlikely to go beyond this date. It will impact approximately 10,000 users. The current working hours must adhere to the project needs, which are typically from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm MT.

The Analyst should be senior level, have great communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate meetings with stakeholders during integration period and be organized with active tracker and status updates to the Program Manager.
Also, must have outstanding soft skills and great communication skills. Will interact with IT and senior business stakeholders, especially as it relates to testing (client does NOT have a separate QA team, the business users do their own testing).
