Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with regional sales teams and corporate headquarters to align marketing activities—including webinars, speaking engagements, and trade shows—with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with expertise in B2B tech, digital advertising, and event marketing.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with sales and leadership to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (webinars, forums, speaking engagements) that align with company goals.
· Lead end-to-end trade show management (e.g., CES, Automate, Promat), including booth design, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event ROI analysis, develop and execute demand-generation strategies to increase product awareness and lead acquisition.
· Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to optimize lead generation and conversion.
· Optimize SEO/SEM/GEO strategies and website content to enhance organic growth, analyzing KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine tactics.
· Design and deploy email nurture campaigns leveraging marketing automation and ERP tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
· 3+ years of B2B tech marketing experience, preferably with hardware products and partner-driven campaigns.
· Proven expertise in:
o Trade show planning and execution.
o Digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
o SEO/SEM/GEO optimization and analytics tools.
· A creative, results-driven mindset with the ability to amplify brand messaging and accelerate revenue growth.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or NetSuite CRM).
· Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Analytical approach to measuring campaign effectiveness.
