Senior Project Manager I

The role plans, establishes, and manages software implementation projects and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

• Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations (with some later-phase SOWs) to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately.
• Drafts change requests, as needed.
• Ensures a customer's successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion.
• Provides recommendations to improve the Phase 1 process.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Obtained a bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Expert knowledge of and experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferred.
• Proficient with G-Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $100,000 - 130,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
