The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of Orange Logic’s marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, ensuring data accuracy, automating workflows, and providing the analytical insights needed to drive informed marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You Role at Orange Logic:
- Own the long-term vision, strategy, and optimization of Orange Logic’s MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, attribution tools, CDPs, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate, select, and implement marketing tools to drive scalability, personalization, and measurable ROI.
- Lead data integration strategies to ensure secure, accurate, and seamless flows between marketing, sales, and customer platforms.
- Champion MarTech adoption with training, best practices, and cross-team enablement. Partner with marketing leaders to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to business priorities.
- Oversee campaign build, QA, launch, and optimization to ensure flawless execution and tracking.
- Design and refine lead scoring, routing, and nurturing frameworks to accelerate pipeline and conversion.
- Develop enterprise dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks for executive decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM), and robust database governance.
- Drive testing and optimization programs, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to improve engagement and conversion.
- Pilot innovative MarTech capabilities such as AI-driven personalization, predictive scoring, and advanced journey orchestration.
- Establish operational governance (SOPs, playbooks, documentation) and foster alignment between Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation and CRM; experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot a plus.
- Proven success in leading MarTech strategy, managing complex integrations, and scaling operational processes.
- Strong analytical acumen, with advanced skills in marketing attribution, funnel modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $130,000 - 165,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
