The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of Orange Logic’s marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, ensuring data accuracy, automating workflows, and providing the analytical insights needed to drive informed marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You Role at Orange Logic:

  • Oversee the configuration, integration, and maintenance of the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and components of the CRM.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing systems and other business platforms.
  • Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation and content teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve lead quality.
  • Maintain data integrity within marketing systems, including lead scoring, segmentation, and contact management.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing and campaign operations.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and product teams and other RevOps team members to align marketing operations with overall business objectives.
  • Support the marketing team with data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations and analytics experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Admin-level proficiency in Hubspot marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce) is required; Hubspot expertise strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $100,000 - 140,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
