Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional demand generation efforts to support the growth and awareness of Orange Logic’s product offerings across the EMEA region. This role focuses on planning and executing localized marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and building meaningful relationships with prospects and customers through on-the-ground efforts.

You Role at Orange Logic:

• Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing plans with regional goals.
• Manage field events, webinars, trade shows, and partner marketing to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and share customer insights for product positioning.
• Implement targeted lead generation strategies (e.g., ABM, content marketing, direct mail).
• Build and manage the lead funnel, ensuring quality handoff to sales.
• Track and optimize campaign performance for better conversion rates.
• Develop strong relationships with partners, influencers, and key accounts.
• Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to marketing leadership with data-driven insights.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or DAM.
• Proven success in planning and executing field marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field events.
