We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join our team and help empower businesses to unlock the full potential of their data.
About the Role
As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI capabilities, developing ML models for use within our Enterprise Intelligence Platform. Knowledge of LLM’s, RAG and Agents would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis and prediction
- Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing
- Optimize model performance for scalability and accuracy
- Use NLP, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
- Validate models using A/B testing and performance metrics
- Communicate complex data insights and model results to non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and evolution of our AI platform and product roadmap
- Have a product mindset, always looking for ways to improve our platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field, you should have a good grounding in regression and classification problems and the underlying theory.
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data manipulation
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively
- Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Dask) is a plus
- Experience working with time series data and anomaly detection is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
