What You'll Do

• Tackle complex business challenges, enabling our customers to grow using our Cloud products.
• Apply advanced critical thinking, design methodologies, and innovative problem-solving to create superior design solutions.
• Utilize the latest tools and technology to rapidly iterate on design solutions.
• Enhance and expand our design system to ensure seamless consistency across our product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers and Designers in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Deliver comprehensive design solutions maximizing value for our customers.
• Present design alternatives and effectively communicate design rationales and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a passion for iteration and an eagerness to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Lead and facilitate collaborative team activities like design sprints, ideation sessions, and product discovery workshops.
• Manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes projects with varying timelines and complexities.
• Champion a user-centered culture by engaging the team with customer feedback, sharing insights, and fostering empathy.
• Drive improvements in our design standards and processes to elevate our design practices.
• Ensure a consistent and exceptional user experience across the product.
• Conduct in-depth customer and product research through interviews, usability tests, and other methodologies.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• An impressive online portfolio showcasing your process and problem-solving abilities using Design Thinking (research, problem analysis, personas, empathy mapping, surveys, scenarios, user journeys, task-flows, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes).
• Strong influence, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
• Expertise in ERP / financial system is a significant advantage.
• A commitment to continuous learning and skill development, with a desire to share knowledge with others.
• A positive, resilient personality with the ability to embrace feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design software.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
