Engineering Tracks - Choose Your Focus

Senior Back-End Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Design and build cloud-native microservices using Java and Micronaut
• Develop highly-available, scalable services to handle millions of requests per second
• Implement APIs and data pipelines supporting healthcare workflows
• Build for resilience: enabling regional failover and multi-AZ deployment
• Leverage technologies such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
• Work cross-functionally with security, SRE, and platform engineering teams

Your background:

• 5 - 10+ years in distributed systems or service engineering
• Strong Java experience and understanding of microservice architecture
• Familiarity with multi-region cloud deployments
• Experience with DevOps, observability, and security practices

Senior Front-End Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Develop clean, scalable UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Build components that are accessible, performant, and testable
• Integrate with RESTful back-end services and contribute to shared front-end architecture
• Drive front-end development standards across teams

Your background:

• 5 - 10+ years of front-end development experience
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, accessibility (WCAG), and component-based design
• Proven ability to deliver complex interfaces that scale across products
• Comfort working with CI/CD, Git, and cloud-hosted environments

Minimum Qualifications (All Roles)

• 5 - 10+ years in professional software development (back-end or front-end)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and distributed teams
• Passion for writing high-quality, scalable, and testable code
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
