Job emphases include:
- Business User, Consumer and Analyst experiences for the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) application offerings (including HCM, ERP, SCM, CX). These are turnkey SaaS applications hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with packaged data pipelines, schemas in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and analyses delivered via Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Developing content and product features supporting the applied usage of Oracle Business Intelligence/Analytical tools (legacy and forward-looking) within the Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Applications – like Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Finance Cloud. Incorporation of Analytics into Cloud Applications is highly strategic to inform business understanding, drive processes, provide new traditional and AI-derived insights and initiate closed-loop workflows.
In this product management role, you will partner with customers and domain experts in the Oracle Cloud organization to support and integrate Analytics in the Cloud application listed above as well as new offerings. This will involve supporting already-deployed applications (like FDI and OTBI) as well as driving strategy for application enhancements and future offerings.
This role requires an experienced, driven individual with business and technical acumen and strong leadership abilities. The person will act as the glue between various product managers, engineering and marketing to develop the product roadmap with inputs from key customers.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with Oracle SaaS customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Capture detailed product requirements and define the roadmap for the offering to maximize customer adoption and customer value
- Present the strategy and roadmap to senior management and obtain buy-in
- Work with and influence various development teams and stakeholders to ensure the product is developed and delivered as planned
- Collaborate closely with the Analytics and Cloud Applications UX/Design teams
- Partner with other Oracle SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other Oracle groups to shape Oracle Analytics product roadmap
- Work with marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product launch, product positioning and gain insights on competitive landscape.
- Participate in marketing events with responsibility for managing the agenda including customer demos, customer meetings and product management led sessions
- Provide release documentation for any new features/functions released during the quarterly releases.
- Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with US and international teams.
Skills And Experiences Required
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Preferred Education background – MBA/MS with undergraduate degree in engineering, science, mathematics, statistics, economics
- Experience with Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is highly-desired
- Experience with Analytics tools like PowerBI or Salesforce/Tableau, Workday Workforce Analytics and Reporting is desirable
- Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SaaS applications is desirable
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
- 8+ years’ experience in business analysis and requirement assessment.
- Experience with large scale SaaS applications administration capabilities is a plus
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
