Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building the future of MultiCloud . Our customers run their most critical workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI — and our mission is to provide secure, high-performance, and deeply integrated services that make it possible.
We’re looking for a Principal or Senior Principal Software Engineer who thrives on complexity, cuts through ambiguity , and builds distributed systems that last. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll influence the architecture and strategy of OCI’s MultiCloud platform and help shape how enterprises consume cloud at global scale.
This role is expected to provide technical leadership across several problem domains within our Dublin engineering site, consisting of ~50 engineers working on the next generation of MultiCloud services. From day one, we expect senior engineers to go beyond solving technical problems: to drive efficiencies in process and communication, reduce friction, and align teams across the wider MultiCloud organization .
If you are someone who enjoys tackling the hardest problems in distributed systems — the ones others avoid — this role is for you.
