This role is responsible for the development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services, specifically focused around developing thought leadership and long-form content. Strong writing and relationship-building skills are critical for success.

An ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills, has experience producing content for all media – video, audio, social, web – and is agile to help build a highly functioning communications team in a fast-paced, transformative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Oracle Health and Life Sciences leaders and marketing and communications team to create mostly long-form, written content focused on thought leadership, policy, products and solutions, and challenges and opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Ideate and bring to life content that aligns with the communication’s target audience and objectives, legal and PR guidelines, and Oracle branding.
- Develop and maintain leader’s voice to ensure consistency across messaging mediums.
- Assist in positioning SVP as thought leaders in their specialty fields
- Lead organizational change initiatives to optimize culture
- Share stories of success and celebrate the achievements of top performers
- Serve as a key point of contact across numerous initiatives and events ensuring alignment to SVP and broader team goals
Qualifications/Experience:
- 7+ years communications experience
- Experience developing enterprise-level communication strategies, plans, messaging, etc.
- Working knowledge of new media and web/digital based technologies
- Superior writing skills, with an ability to simplify concepts and to tailor messaging for specific audiences.
- Organized, driven, and interested in being part of a fast-paced, high-tech environment
- Know how to get things done, overcomes obstacles, and quickly shift priorities to mitigate day-to-day communications issues in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Government experience preferred

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
