Job Description

Collaborate with JAPAC marketing content and marketing automation group to produce relevant content that meets the needs our JAPAN GTM strategy and our Japanese audience. Including white papers, articles, customer stories, videos, BSA/blogs, emails and banner ads.

SEO: manage all aspects of the NetSuite website ensuring YOY growth of traffic, optimisation programs, CRO improvements and create content defined by gaps in keyword clusters and competitor ranking.

Nurture Marketing and outbound campaigns – automating customer engagement journey and refining programs to ensure multi-level engagement, increase pipeline coverage. Results are determined by Open Rate improvements, CTR improvements and subsequent MQL – SQL – Customer conversions.

Edit content produced by your JAPAC marketing teammates in Japanese, including conceptualizing and localizing the messaging to the Japanese target audience and copy-editing prior to publishing digitally.

Align with Customer reference team and PR in identifying customers for case studies, videos and speaking engagements. Manage the customer process and create the content output.

Act as the campaign manager for Japan, determining content to be used for campaigns, managing translations if required and process management with marcom.

Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites. Manage local twitter handle and advise on both English and Japanese social media handles for JAPAC.

Responsible for maintaining centralised repository of presentations & messaging documents for the team.

Responsibilities

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
