Job Title: Project Manager – Oracle Cloud

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in driving enterprise-level cloud migrations, with specific expertise managing projects within US Public Sector (Government OR Higher Education) environments. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: End-to-end management of Oracle Cloud implementation projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM) from scope/discovery through go-live and support.
• Public Sector Alignment: Ensure solutions align with federal, state, or local government compliance, security requirements, and procurement standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, agency leads, and vendor partners.
• Governance & Control: Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams of technical architects, functional consultants, and client personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise Oracle Cloud (SaaS/PaaS) implementations.
• Public Sector Expertise: Proven track record managing IT/ERP projects for US Federal, State, Local Government, or Higher Education clients.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of public sector business processes (Fund Accounting, Grant Management, Procurement, Civil Service HR).
• Certifications: PMP (required); Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Application certifications (strongly preferred)..

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies (Oracle Modern Best Practice, AIM/OUM).
• Superior communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
