Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced designer to join our growing team and work directly with a UK based client and international teams.

Experience Required

• Around 4–8 years of experience in graphic design, branding, social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with UK or international clients, agencies, or global brands would be highly preferred.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for creating high quality creative assets for:

• Social media campaigns
• Paid advertising campaigns
• Marketing content
• Brand led creative projects
• Digital campaigns and visual storytelling

The role requires someone who can understand a brief, think creatively, and independently produce polished, modern, and engaging designs.

We are specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, manage responsibilities independently, and consistently deliver high quality output without needing constant supervision.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, organised, and genuinely strong from an overall creative and execution standpoint.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong design sense and creative thinking ability
• Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, branding, and visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple projects

Tools & Software

Candidates should be comfortable using:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva
• CapCut
• AI creative tools

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow speed, creative output, and ideation.

Additional Preferences

• Strong portfolio is mandatory
• Good communication skills and professionalism are important
• Candidates with agency or startup experience would be preferred

Reporting

The role will report directly to senior creative leadership working with a UK based client and international teams.
