Senior Product Designer – Reporting & Analytics

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our next-generation reporting and analytics platform. You’ll be working directly with our engineering teams and the Head of AI and Data to lay the foundations for a scalable, intelligent reporting experience — powering how our users visualise and optimise their media campaigns.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation in the media and retail media space, helping build the core frameworks that will enable customers to understand and monetise their campaigns more effectively.
In the first 6 months, your focus will be on foundational work — defining data visualisation patterns, reporting structures, and analytics workflows — before we move into deeper AI-driven insights and optimisation tooling.
This is a senior role requiring comfort with ambiguity, technical collaboration, and a strong understanding reporting systems, and AI-powered insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design for reporting, analytics, and finance-related product areas, ensuring scalability across a fast-evolving platform.
- Collaborate directly with engineers, data scientists, and the Head of AI and Data to frame technical and user challenges into actionable design solutions.
- Create and implement design frameworks for campaign reporting, financial reporting, and user-facing dashboards.
- Translate complex data sets and AI outputs into intuitive, actionable user experiences.
- Work closely with the product management team, with a lean approach that prioritises close technical collaboration.
- Contribute to setting the foundation for AI-driven media campaign insights.
- Partner with another senior designer to drive a cohesive design vision across the platform.
- Be a key player in laying the groundwork for a future Head of Design opportunity.
About You:
- Senior-level experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio in reporting, analytics, data visualisation, or platform design.
- Demonstrated experience scaling products — particularly during high-growth or scale-up phases.
- Highly comfortable working directly with technical teams: engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
- Strong background in dashboard design, and reporting UX for complex systems.
- Experience in retail media, AdTech, Marketing Technology, or media platforms is highly regarded (but the focus is on reporting, not ad-serving).
- Deeply curious about AI-driven design, with a desire to innovate at the edge of what’s possible in the media space.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring clarity through strong design leadership.
- Passionate about setting foundations for scalable design systems and data-heavy interfaces.
