Senior Performance Marketer (Adult RTB)

We're working with a rapidly scaling consumer technology business seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to own and grow acquisition across adult RTB traffic sources.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-velocity performance marketing environments and has a proven track record of scaling profitable web acquisition campaigns. You'll take ownership of direct media buying relationships, flat-deal partnerships, campaign strategy, testing, optimisation and growth across key traffic channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating in adult, dating or other fast-paced DTC environments where rigorous testing, rapid iteration and commercial accountability are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning acquisition strategy and execution across adult RTB traffic sources
• Managing and scaling direct media buys and flat-deal partnerships
• Identifying new traffic opportunities and negotiating partnership agreements
• Taking full responsibility for campaign performance, optimisation and profitability
• Managing substantial acquisition budgets with a focus on CPA, ROAS, retention and LTV
• Designing and executing testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers
• Analysing campaign data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities
• Working closely with creative, product and analytics teams to improve conversion performance
• Building forecasts, performance models and growth plans
• Continuously improving acquisition efficiency through experimentation and data-driven decision making

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Comfortable working with NSFW and adult content (non-negotiable)
• 4+ years' experience in performance marketing, media buying, affiliate marketing or paid acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns directly
• Proven track record of scaling web-based customer acquisition campaigns
• Experience within B2C or DTC businesses with a strong testing culture
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention and conversion rates
• Experience managing meaningful acquisition budgets and delivering measurable business impact
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and conversion optimisation

Highly Preferred

• Background within the adult entertainment industry
• Experience in online dating, social discovery or relationship-focused products
• Existing experience with adult RTB platforms and traffic sources
• Experience negotiating and managing direct publisher partnerships
• Subscription business or recurring revenue experience
• Affiliate marketing experience
• Exposure to consumer technology or digital products
