As a Sr. Technical Product Manager in Optum Technology, you will lead the strategy, design, and technical delivery of enterprise software platforms and scalable AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate closely with software engineering teams, system architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders to build, integrate, and deploy intelligent capabilities and automated workflows. Your efforts will address complex business challenges, drive operational continuous improvement, and power innovative healthcare technology solutions at scale. Our Mission is to enable and modernize procurement capabilities by owning the technology platforms, integrations, data, AI solutions, security, and delivery processes that support sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement operations, and employee procurement experiences. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
