Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a National Sales and Marketing Director at OptraHEALTH®. The Director will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sales, team management, market planning, sales management, and account management reporting directly to CEO.
Who you are?
· Proven track record in selling RCM software solutions to U.S. healthcare systems, labs and RCM companies.
· Experience with patient engagement platforms, including digital intake, communication tools and portals.
· Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
· Strong communication with excellent presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and investors.
· Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges across teams.
What will you do ?
· Utilize an established professional network to identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities.
· Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, presentation, proposal and contract negotiation.
· Grow HealthFAX™ as a comprehensive solution for RCM optimization and patient engagement.
· Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client requirements.
· Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
