Optomi, in partnership with a global leader in IT infrastructure services, is seeking multiple Workday Integration Consultants to support a large-scale global payroll transformation initiative involving the migration of 60+ countries to ADP platforms, including GlobalView and Celergo. These roles focus on designing, building, and configuring integrations from Workday (HCM source system) into ADP products using out-of-the-box and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and enable the Verified Group (VG) Connector between Workday and ADP GlobalView.
Collaborate with global and local teams to support both global (70%) and country-specific (30%) integration requirements.
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and custom connectors.
Work with host-to-host integrations between ADP and external systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, AON, banking partners).
Manage secure file transfers via FTP/SFTP and ensure proper encryption/decryption protocols.
Participate in full lifecycle implementation rollouts across 5–8 countries per quarter.
Raise risks, blockers, and key updates proactively—strong communication is expected.

Required Experience

2+ full lifecycle Workday integrations with either ADP GlobalView or ADP Celergo.
Experience working on projects involving 20+ country rollouts.
Experience in organizations with 60,000+ employees.
Hands-on experience with:
Workday Studio (must-have)
Verified Group (VG) Connectors
SFTP/FTP protocols
File encryption/decryption standards
Familiarity with Workday EIBs, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, and Custom Reports.
Prior experience in complex multi-vendor ecosystems and host-to-host integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ADP APIs, or Celergo file structures.
Experience working with benefit providers and banking interfaces.
Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment with clear communication expectations.
