Senior Software Engineer (React, React Native, Golang) - 100% Remote

Optomi, in partnership with a leading Restaurant company, is searching for a Senior Software Engineer with strong React and React Native front-end development experience to build modern, scalable, and responsive web and mobile applications as part of a cloud-native platform. There will be occasional backend work with Golang down the line.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver full stack solutions across web and mobile platforms
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and well-tested features
• Partner with product and design to define and execute technical solutions
• Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
• Own technical documentation and reduce tech debt
• Quickly triage and resolve production issues
• Optionally leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development
• Apply software development best practices including coding standards, peer reviews, source control, CI/CD processes, testing, and operational readiness

Experience:

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience
• Proficient: React, React Native, GoLang
• Familiar: AWS, GitLab Pipelines, DevOps best practices is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Kanban environment
• Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams
• Solid understanding of software architecture and development fundamentals
