Optomi, in partnership with a leading accreditor of home and community-based healthcare organizations, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team. This candidate will play a crucial part in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining web-based software solutions and be responsible for customizing intelligent business applications, such as Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. The required expertise will span across various technologies, including but not limited to: Microsoft Visual Studio Development, .NET Framework (3.5, 4.0, 4.5), C# .NET, MVC, ASP.NET, XHTML/HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Canvas Apps).
Responsibilities:
- Author software designs and ensures completion of all requirements coded to standard.
- Participate in SCRUM, code review, architectural review, and design approval.
- Write high quality code for multiple platforms, that achieves business and regulatory objectives.
- Perform complete testing of web applications.
- Participate in implementation planning, including scheduling, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Document tools and practices in standard operating procedures workbook.
- Responsible for the design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of current and new .NET applications and intelligence platforms.
- Contribute to and enhance coding standards, best practices, and procedures.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technical, software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, information technology, mathematics, or other relevant concentration is preferred.
- A Microsoft .NET/Azure Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in web development.
- Advance understanding of Azure DevOps, Microsoft .Net, ASP.Net, .Net CORE, web-development platform, including MVC, Entity Framework, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, React JS.
- Solid skills in the configuration and deployment of Azure App Services.
- Experience creating, modifying, and engineering SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, update/insert/delete statements, functions, and error catching routines.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, cloud flows, dataflows, and Canvas applications.
