Optomi, in partnership with a software company that develops a clinical trials software platform for the pharmaceutical space, is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to fulfill a contract-to-hire opportunity with a client based out of the Carolinas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience shipping software products
• Azure Platform development experience: Azure functions, CosmosDB, Azure Service Bus, Azure Cognitive Search
• Experienced with Event Driven Architecture/Development
• Experience with React, NextJS, Typescript are nice to haves
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams
• Ability to lead through inspiration and motivation in a way that supports company values
• Experience working on large-scale projects or applications.
