Our client is National Non-Profit, a leader in the environmental and sustainability space. They operate fully remote.

The Job!
You will support the development and rollout of integrated marketing and media relations strategies by conducting the following:
- Track performance and prepare reports that show campaign results and overall effectiveness
- Plan, develop, and deliver promotional and educational materials for residents
- Manage advertising campaigns in collaboration with agencies, municipalities, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, using insights to improve performance over time
- Act as a spokesperson for regional programs across media, interviews, sponsorships, and speaking engagements
- Prepare presentations, webinars, scripts, and briefing materials for public-facing opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders and media contacts
- Identify risks and issues early, and contribute to solutions and communication plans
- Other related tasks, as required
What you bring to the job
You are someone with strong, leadership-level experience in marketing, communications, and campaign execution and come with the following qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- 8+ years in marketing, communications, or media relations, with at least 2–5 years in a leadership or management role
- Solid understanding of media relations, public affairs, and reputation management
- Proficient with marketing tools, social media, and content development
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships
- Sound judgment, high integrity, and effective problem-solving ability
- Adaptable and composed under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Ability and availability for some travel within Atlantic Canada for events and meetings
