Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Exciting opportunities exist for Senior Embedded Software Engineers – High Speed Connectivity within this leading network connectivity systems developer. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer – High Speed Connectivity will be based at the Munich R+D Centre (other possibilities also exist in Germany and Switzerland) working closely with both internal and customer development teams developing embedded software and software at bare metal level in C and C++ for high-speed network connectivity products. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer – High Speed Connectivity will also be responsible for supporting customer development programmes and for developing, modifying and integrating new software modules on customer site.

Your hands on technical skills will include

experience developing embedded real time software in C and C++ for network connectivity systems (or similar).

You should have extensive exposure working at SoC / Bare Metal level and any knowledge of high-speed communications bus/protocols (USB3, USB4, PCIe, DDR, SerDes etc.) would be advantageous.

You will have a real customer-first mentality including a successful track record of building technical relationships with customer development teams.

You should also be able to speak and write fluent English and be happy to travel on a regular basis. Candidates must already be fully authorised to work and live in the EU (or UK).
