We're looking for a detail-obsessed Klaviyo specialist to own client email programs end to end. If you love precision work, enjoy turning strategy into fully functional email flows, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, this role is for you.

This is an ownership role. You'll manage the entire email marketing function for your assigned accounts, from planning and client communication to implementation, optimization, and reporting. You set the campaign calendar, build the campaigns and flows, and serve as the primary point of contact for all email-related initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own 3–5 Klaviyo accounts end to end, including campaign planning, segmentation, builds, scheduling, QA, and reporting
• Manage client relationships for all email marketing activities, including monthly meetings, approvals, and performance updates
• Recommend best practices and confidently push back on requests that may negatively impact performance
• Build, optimise, and maintain automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and other lifecycle journeys
• Rebuild email designs from Figma into Klaviyo templates with pixel-perfect accuracy
• Ensure all email blocks match Figma layouts exactly, including spacing, hierarchy, and structure
• Configure CTAs, buttons, dynamic content, tracking links, and UTM parameters
• Configure and maintain flow logic, including triggers, conditional splits, delays, and segmentation
• Perform thorough QA and test emails across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and other major email clients
• Monitor deliverability, list health, suppression lists, and sender reputation
• Ensure every campaign and automation is fully tested and production-ready before launch

What You Bring

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Klaviyo accounts (live examples or portfolios required)
• Strong written and spoken English, as you'll communicate daily with US-based clients and internal teams
• Turkish fluency preferred, as our internal team primarily communicates in Turkish
• Deep understanding of Klaviyo flows, triggers, segmentation, conditional logic, and automation
• Strong ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready email templates without deviation
• Experience with email QA and cross-client rendering testing
• Exceptional attention to detail—broken links, spacing issues, or layout inconsistencies are not acceptable
• Confidence to independently own client accounts without requiring constant oversight
• Availability during US Eastern business hours for Slack communication

Preferred Experience

• Experience in eCommerce email marketing, particularly with DTC brands
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and email performance best practices
• Experience managing high-volume Klaviyo automation programs
• Experience working with Figma-to-email production workflows
• HTML and CSS knowledge for email development
