About The Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can take approved copy, design, and strategy and turn them into high-performing email campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo.
You will manage every step from setup, segmentation, and scheduling to QA and performance tracking, ensuring every campaign goes out flawlessly and on time. This role requires precision, speed, and ownership. You will work closely with Strategists, Designers, Developers, and the Client Success Manager to keep campaigns moving smoothly from approval to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution (40%)
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
- Ensure every campaign follows naming conventions, correct audience segments, and proper tagging.
- Conduct test sends, fix rendering issues, and verify UTM parameters before launch.
- Maintain error-free delivery across all accounts.
- Delivery Coordination (30%)
- Manage campaign timelines in coordination with the Client Success Manager.
- Communicate blockers like missing assets, delayed approvals, or technical issues early.
- Keep ClickUp updated with real-time campaign progress and delivery status.
- Own final QA sign-off before sending.
- Reporting and Optimization (30%)
- Track and report campaign performance including open rate, CTR, revenue, and deliverability.
- Identify performance patterns and share improvement suggestions.
- Maintain clean flow structures, accurate segments, and strong deliverability.
- Collaborate with strategists for A/B testing and campaign insights.
What Success Looks Like
- 100 percent campaigns built, QA-checked, and delivered on or before the deadline.
- Zero post-send issues such as broken links, missing assets, or wrong segments.
- Consistent improvement in campaign KPIs month over month.
- Smooth coordination with communication and creative teams for every launch.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience managing ecommerce campaigns.
- Deep understanding of segmentation, flows, and campaign setup.
- Strong technical attention to detail from naming conventions to tracking links.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and collaborating across teams.
Good to Have
- Basic HTML knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce operations.
- Understanding of email deliverability and optimization best practices.
