Position Overview
Optilogic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that effectively position our innovative supply chain design solutions, such as Cosmic Frog, in the marketplace. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning and differentiation strategies for Optilogic's products. Craft persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences and clearly articulates the value propositions of our solutions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Orchestrate the go-to-market strategy and tactics for all products and services. Develop integrated marketing plans in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Launch new products and services, ensuring successful market adoption.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver compelling sales programs, tools, and training to support the Sales team and partners. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert throughout all phases of the buyer’s journey. Develop educational and inspiring product content for industry events, customer meetings, press engagements, partner collaborations, and analyst briefings.
- Post-decision Intelligence: Arrange win/loss calls with product strategy and document/share findings to improve go-to-market practices.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor key competitor activity and create competitive positioning/battlecards to empower marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience supporting high-value, complex, enterprise sales. At least 3 years of experience building and leading a high-performing team of individual product marketing contributors and/or managers. Supply chain background preferred but not required.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven track record of leading product marketing strategy and programs for multiple products and markets within the same company.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Intuitive and Motivated: While you’ll receive plenty of support from the team, ideal candidate will act with minimal supervision; driven to establish and/or develop new processes
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
