The Role: We seek a full-time Marketing Manager to join our talented team. Under the supervision of our Chief Growth Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for creation and execution of an integrated marketing strategy that will drive awareness and purchase intent of Optigo Networks’ flagship SaaS product, Optigo Visual Networks (OptigoVN), among our target audiences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Development of Integrated Marketing Strategy: In conjunction with the Chief Growth Officer, develop and oversee a cohesive marketing strategy that leverages product marketing, content, and digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing qualified leads (MQL). Key areas of focus include:
Product Positioning & Messaging: Lead the creation of compelling product messaging that resonates with various target audiences. Ensure consistent positioning across marketing materials, sales collateral, and digital channels to communicate Optigo Networks’ value proposition effectively.
Sales Support & Collaboration: Provide the sales team with resources required to drive marketing qualified leads into the top of the funnel. This includes conference sponsorships and association partnerships that drive both brand awareness and marketing qualified leads. Develop comprehensive sales enablement assets, including product collateral, and presentations, ensuring alignment on value messaging.
Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that integrate brand messaging with product initiatives. Continuously monitor and refine campaign strategies to maximize engagement and conversions, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition costs, engagement rates, and conversion ratios. Use these insights to inform strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and enhance ROI.
