We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of MetaDefender Endpoint (OPSWAT Client)—a cutting-edge solution that provides advanced compliance, vulnerability, and patch management to secure critical assets, and maintain organizational security. You’ll drive the product roadmap, collaborate with top global R&D teams, and deliver solutions that detect vulnerabilities, ensure compliance, and protect critical infrastructures across the globe.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Vision & Strategy: Define, refine, and champion the product vision and roadmap for MetaDefender Endpoint (OPSWAT Client), ensuring alignment with overall business goals and evolving market conditions.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging trends, assess competitive products, and identify customer needs to inform feature prioritization and product positioning.
User-Centered Development: Advocate for the end user by gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and driving continuous improvements in product usability, functionality, and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases and seamless integration into the broader product portfolio.
Performance Tracking: Establish clear KPIs, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to guide future enhancements and refinements.
Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate product updates, strategy, and results to internal teams, executive leadership, and external customers, fostering alignment and enthusiasm.

What We Need From You

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Professional Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally within cybersecurity or software sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, data protection, threat prevention, and endpoint security best practices.
Track Record of Success: Proven experience managing products from concept through launch, with demonstrable results in user adoption, revenue growth, or market penetration.
Analytical & Decisive: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
Collaborative Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar frameworks is a plus.
