🎨 What You'll Do

• Lead UI/UX design across the platform—from initial concepts to production;
• Improve the design system;
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline design operations;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, sales, marketing, and customer success;
• Drive rapid product cycles—go from concept to production in under 2 weeks;
• Communicate the rationale behind your design decisions and iterate based on feedback;

✅ What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Some experience designing enterprise B2B software
• A portfolio that shows how you solve problems—not just pretty UIs
• Strong UI, interaction, and design systems skills
• Familiarity with Figma and a willingness to explore new tools
• A mindset where AI is a design partner, not a threat
• Solid communication (with customers and engineers alike) and collaboration skills
• Able to work remotely with a 4–6 hour overlap between PST and CET

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working in finance, supply chain and related areas;

Experience level:

• Ideally 3+ years in product design, but we care more about your impact than your title;
