About The Role
Are you a hands-on, data-driven lifecycle marketer who thrives on execution? We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel engagement across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging for Oportun’s mobile app.
In this role, you'll own the day-to-day operations of lifecycle marketing—ensuring campaigns run smoothly, automation workflows are optimized, and messaging is personalized at scale. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Engineering to enhance customer journeys, improve retention, and drive long-term value.

Responsibilities
Own and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across push, SMS, in-app messaging, and email to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
