We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing team. This person will play a critical role in defining go-to-market strategies, creating sales enablement assets, and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
You’re a strong communicator, an exceptional collaborator, and a master cat herder who knows how to translate complex capabilities into customer-centric narratives. You thrive in fast-moving environments, can work across disciplines and levels of seniority, and have a knack for getting things done.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Partner closely with Product and Sales teams to align on roadmap priorities and launches
- Create and maintain a full suite of sales enablement materials, including:
- Product sheets, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, case studies, and competitive battle cards
- Lead product launch strategies, ensuring internal and external alignment across stakeholders
- Equip the sales team with training, tools, and content to effectively position and sell the product
- Collaborate on demand generation and campaign strategies to drive awareness and pipeline
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform messaging and positioning
- Serve as a cross-functional connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Ensure product value is clearly communicated across the entire customer journey
What You Bring
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in supporting or enabling sales teams with content, training, and tools
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong storytelling and communication skills—both verbal and written
- Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and product launch planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote-first company
- Bonus: experience in enterprise software, ERP, or automation tech, especially with Oracle, Workday, etc.
