About OpenTrade:
OpenTrade is a UK-domiciled fintech, established in early 2023, specialising in stablecoin infrastructure and yield products for the next generation of financial services. We combine a robust technology platform with a legal framework and off-chain asset management infrastructure to deliver safe, compliant, and scalable stablecoin solutions. Since launching our product suite in early 2024, we have processed over $200m in transaction volumes, serving fintechs and exchanges around the world.
As we scale and expand our products and services, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to define a marketing strategy aligned with OpenTrade’s OKRs
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage both B2B and B2C campaigns across social media and advertising channels to generate leads, increase adoption, and build brand awareness
- Content Creation: Write compelling content including (but not limited to) social media posts, blogs, articles, case studies and press releases
- Design: Work with internal resources and design agencies to plan and produce marketing collateral such as static graphics, animations, and videos
- Performance Analysis and Evaluation: Monitor and analyse performance metrics across campaigns, and implement data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Brand Management: Maintain and elevate brand identity through consistent internal and external messaging and designs
- Collaboration: Foster effective communication channels with Sales, Management, partners, and design and PR agencies
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor members of the marketing team, including both internal staff and contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain, crypto, DeFi, or similar
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Located in, or willing to work within, US or EMEA timezones
