The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our small, fast-moving team. As our first design hire, you’ll shape the foundation of our product experience and design culture—collaborating with product and engineering to craft tools that feel intuitive, purposeful, and built specifically for artists and fans. You’ll design both artist- and fan-facing features, simplify complex workflows, and help shape a product that puts power in the hands of artists.

We’re remote-first, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast (U.S.).

What You’ll Do

• Design high-impact artist and fan features from zero to launch
• Turn complex workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on ideas
• Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving product discussions

What Your Bring

• 3–5+ years designing interactive products (Figma expertise required)
• Experience leading UI/UX in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Strong systems thinker with a portfolio that shows clarity, simplicity, and great interaction design
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias toward action
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering
• A genuine love of music and empathy for artists and fans
