CRO Marketing Specialist

About The Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Marketing Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team remotely, or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for critical marketing decisions, driven by smart digital analytics, and consumer insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong handle on Conversion Rate Optimization tools, and the ability to make impactful decisions, based on these findings.  OpenLoop sits at the center of the booming tele-health space. This role is crucial to helping our customers and partners build and scale high converting patient experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Build high performing patient intake funnels for leading telehealth brands.
• Rapidly run high impact CRO tests across customer landing pages and intake funnels to drive revenue.
• Work with customers to come up with and test conversion rate hypotheses quickly.
• Run CRO tests across OpenLoop owned web properties to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Report experiment results to customers and management.
• Be a strategic piece of helping our customers grow rapidly and reduce CAC.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of CRO experience with a strong preference for B2C or high volume B2B self serve experience.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization in high volume (1000+ conversions per month) environments.
• Comfortable with an intermediate level of HTML and CSS.
• Strong experience with CRO platforms like Optimzely or VWO.
• Exceptional communication skills. You’ll be interfacing with numerous stakeholders and be a critical piece of strategic projects for the company in our rapid stage of growth. A strong ability to articulate thoughts and feedback clearly is a must.
• Ability to work independently and be comfortable “creating the path” rather than walking it.

Bonus Points: While not required, the following experience is a huge plus:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization.
• Experience with a tele-health brand is a huge plus.

Remote Salary Range: $90,000 USD - $105,000 USD
