Role Overview
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to lead both Account-Based Marketing (ABM)and Demand Generation initiatives. This role will be key in generating quality leads while also driving engagement and conversion within high-priority accounts. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop full-funnel marketing strategies that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads at scale
- Identify and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts for ABM efforts in collaboration with Sales
- Develop targeted, personalised content and outreach across email, paid ads, social, and webinars
- Build automated workflows and lead nurture sequences via marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Optimise the lead funnel and track MQLs, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI
- Create audience segmentation strategies to personalise messaging and improve engagement
- Monitor and analyse performance across both demand gen and ABM programs, reporting on key KPIs
- Stay on top of edtech trends, buyer personas, and competitor activity
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in both demand generation and ABM
- Strong grasp of lead funnel metrics, marketing attribution, and pipeline management
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and analytics
- Experience in SaaS, edtech, or enterprise software preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

- Familiarity with AI tools for content or campaign optimisation
- Experience marketing to higher education, corporate L&D, or government sectors
- Knowledge of buyer journeys and content strategy for long sales cycles
