Overview
OpenAssets is seeking a mid-senior Graphic Designer with a strong, modern technology aesthetic and proven experience building and maintaining design systems for B2B brands. You will lead visual identity execution and deliver high-quality marketing and brand assets across channels. Experience in blockchain, fintech, or institutional finance is a plus. Strong English proficiency is required.
What You’ll Do
Brand Identity & Design Systems
- Develop, document, and evolve OpenAssets’ visual identity and scalable design system
- Ensure alignment with technology, finance, and institutional brand standards
Digital & Print Asset Creation
- Design and deliver web interfaces, landing pages, white papers, social media graphics
- Create campaign assets, investor/sales decks, case studies and other digital materials
- Develop and update templates for digital campaigns and email marketing
Visual Consistency & Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional groups (Marketing, Product, BD) to reinforce consistent, on-brand visuals across all platforms
- Conduct design reviews and offer feedback to uphold high visual standards
Asset Library & Workflow Management
- Organize the design asset library, maintain version control, and establish processes for easy asset access and updates
- Uphold file naming conventions and best practices for efficient team collaboration
Innovation & Trend Adoption
- Experiment with new design tools, plug-ins, and AI resources to enhance creative workflow and innovate asset creation
- Stay up to date with current design trends within fintech, blockchain, and B2B sectors
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years in graphic design, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or B2B sectors
- Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch/XD, Canva, Google Suite and/or Microsoft 365, WordPress
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and tech-focused design work
- Experience creating and enforcing design systems, brand guidelines, and asset kits
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and feedback mindset
- Clear English proficiency (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D design, motion graphics, or video editing
- Webflow/Framer (no-code)
- Website management and marketing integrations (forms, analytics, HubSpot embeds, etc.)
- Product design experience (SaaS UX/UI)
- Use of AI-assisted design tools or workflow automation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly)
- Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing or sales enablement collateral
