About the product

We’re building the definitive platform for AI technology, making it easier for developers to benefit from AI. Last year we introduced the OpenAI API which makes leading AI technology available to developers via a simple HTTPS call.

GPT3 was the first AI technology available via the API, allowing developers to integrate any language task into their product. The MIT Technology Review listed GPT3 as one of the 10 Breakthrough Technologies of 2021 (alongside mRNA vaccines!).

Recently, we introduced Codex into the API, a new product that translates natural language to code. Instragram’s co-founder called Github Copilot, an early product powered by Codex, “the single most mind-blowing application of ML I’ve ever seen”.

We’re working to bring other research efforts into the API, such as Dall-E, AI which generates images from text and CLIP, a state-of-the-art image classification AI.

About the role

This is an exciting time at OpenAI! In the last three months, we launched two groundbreaking products Codex and Copilot, and established our go-to-market team to ramp up our commercialization efforts.

As an early member of our customer success team, you'll:

  • Help define the vision and strategy of our Go-To-Market motion.
  • Design and execute the customer success strategy: drive adoption, retention, and growth of our API.
  • Own the customer relationships end-to-end to help companies big (Fortune 100) and small (startups) embrace our groundbreaking technology to scale their business success
  • Serve as the AI expert, lead hackathons, whiteboard with machine learning researches, present to executives, and much more.
