What we are looking for:
We are seeking a strategic, driven, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Team.
Your role is key to the organization, as you will be leading the Performance & Creative team with a high focus on Paid Social, Google Ads, and SEO. You will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to surpass monthly goals, evolve our audience mix, raise conversion rates and margins, and lower CPLs, amongst other KPIs. Day-to-day includes: leading a team while analyzing performance and developing strategies for these channels across multiple brands, supporting the optimization of campaign performance, ensuring lead/sale pace is on target, and working with the brand team to maintain a constant flow of fresh creative targeted to your audiences.
Who you are:
- You are an experienced online performance leader, having managed teams of 2+ people.
- You know how to manage a high-functioning team, keeping them motivated and delivering results under pressure.
- You foster continuous learning and autonomous work, which enables your team to grow and succeed on their own.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social (IG mainly) and Google
- Ads (USD $50k+ monthly budgets) – particularly performance/direct response accounts. (This is a must)
- You have solid experience in full-cycle digital ad campaign hands-on management.
- You have broad experience in conversion optimization campaigns and data analysis.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize smoothly within your team to reach deadlines.
- You can adapt to the ever-changing needs of a company in terms of growth.
- You are result-oriented and obsess over maintaining an efficient investment.
- You are passionate about data, analytics, A/B testing, roadmaps, and digging for insights, and you can present your findings in concise, digestible forms.
- You can analyze the entire purchase funnel to optimize your channels’ performance, assessing metrics such as Ad CTR, website heat maps, lead rate, enrollment conversion rate, and non-sale reasons.
- You are thorough and detail-oriented when building or QA-ing campaigns built by your team members and can spot errors easily.
What you should have to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred - Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience in online advertising (min. 5 years) accepted.
- Led a performance marketing team of at least 2 people.
- Possess the proven ability to understand customer needs, generate creative solutions, and build ongoing relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over video calls, through email, and in writing.
- Quantitative skills and aptitude, including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Fluent in English.
