🎯 About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Content Designer to help bring our brand and communications to life as we grow. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in executing how we show up across channels.
You'll refine and scale our visual identity to ensure consistent, high-quality branding, and create compelling assets for campaigns, partnerships, and product launches. Alongside this, you'll assist our Marketing Lead to write and develop content for our website, social media, and other communications, helping translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys combining design and storytelling to support a mission-driven organisation.

Please note that this is a permanent, work-from-home position as a Full-time employee or Independent Contractor (subject to negotiation and depending on your country of residence). No work travel is required.

True passion for our mission: enabling better, faster and trusted decisions in the energy transition.
A "builder" mentality: you are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and are eager to apply your skills to build something new.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Design role
Proven experience with, among other things:
Design system development
Corporate branding and identity
Graphic design for print and digital
Presentation and publication design
Copy writing on complex technical topics.
Experience working with Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud (we will consider equivalent design software, so long as it meets the role's output requirements)
Fluency in English (written and verbal). Other languages are a bonus
A portfolio (PDF or link), showcasing your work is required. This may also be an Instagram or other social media account, so long as it's broad enough and representative of what you can do.
_A university degree is not required—your experience, communication skills, and work ethic matter most. However, if you happen to have a degree in design or a similar field, that may be considered a bonus.
