Visual Designer III

We’re on the hunt for a talented and meticulous Iconography Designer to elevate our Brand Design team an essential pillar within Product Foundation dedicated to shaping the visual identity of our product experience. As a key contributor, you’ll craft and refine icons, emoji, illustrations, motion graphics, and 3D elements that not only define our brand’s visual language but also enhance user engagement and consistency. About The Role

• As an Iconography Designer, you will help shape the visual language of the app through the creation and maintenance of iconography. You will work closely with senior designers, product designers, and cross-functional partners to:

• Design new icons and update existing iconography.

• Ensure consistency and clarity in visual communication.

• Support the evolution of our design system and brand identity.

• This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about visual craft, has a strong sense of design systems, and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)

• Collaborate with product and visual designers to deliver high-quality iconography.
• Create, refine, and maintain icons for use across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Ensure icons are visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive, and engaging visual solutions.
• Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback from partners and stakeholders.
• Support the documentation and organization of icon libraries and assets.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic/visual design, with a focus on iconography or visual systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing icons for digital products (web, iOS, Android).
• Strong portfolio showcasing icon design, visual clarity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of visual design trends and best practices.
• Experience working with design systems and asset libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion/animation or 3D design is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
