We are hiring a creative Graphic Designer responsible for developing powerful presentations with top-notch execution to support the infrastructure team at a major technology company.
Responsibilities
- Design presentations for high-level executives and internal company-wide events using company branding guidelines.
- Create original graphic content for slides for a wide variety of audiences.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate and work with additional presentation team members to manage workloads and workflow for large-scale projects.
- Support the development of the project’s related documents (process flows, training materials, and communications).
- Provide on-time and high-quality assurance of all deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating expert level in PowerPoint (Mac/PC 2011+), Google Slides, Keynote, and Prezi, including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, and actions.
- Experience with Wiki, designing logos, websites, digital posters, infographics, etc.
- Professional customer service experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders, experience working with high-level Executives.
- Good organizational and time management skills (working on multiple projects simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, creative contributor who also thrives in a team environment, collaborating with other creatives and business partners.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required to support a critical deadline.
- Experience with logo design, icons, layout, color theory, typography, and how they function as a system.
- Understanding of the strengths and limitations of presentation technology, including aspect ratios, image formats, resolution, animation, and graphics.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator are a plus, but not required).
Educational And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Arts or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of Graphic Design/presentation production experience in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
- Submit a portfolio and samples of the presentations you worked on in the past that demonstrate presentation/graphics skills.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
