About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep experience in React.js and Next.js to join our remote development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building modern, performant, and user-centric web applications.

While your focus will be on the frontend, experience with Python and Django is considered a strong plus, especially for collaborating with backend teams or contributing to full-stack initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code
• Build UI components and pages with high attention to detail and accessibility
• Support integration with backend APIs, and optionally contribute to Python/Django backend services
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong knowledge of React.js and Next.js
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working in agile, remote teams
• Strong understanding of best practices in frontend architecture and component design

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Python and Django (even in collaborative or integration work)
• Familiarity with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and performance tuning in Next.js
• Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, React Context, React Query)
• Comfortable working with APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
